Q: How can I get an internship at the LAF?
A: The LAF offers non-paid internships to college students interested in gaining experience in a non-profit setting. Interns work directly with an LAF employee in several areas of the organization. To learn more about our internship program, please click here.
Q: Are LAF internships available only in Austin?
A: Yes. Our office is located in Austin, Texas and interns are required to work in the office.
Q: What is the LAF Survivorship Fellows Program?
A: The LAF Survivorship Fellows Program is a year-long program for recent graduates who are either cancer survivors or interested in pursuing a career in a cancer-related field. The program is an opportunity to become involved in the cancer community. Fellows learn about cancer survivorship and become involved in the LAF programs in the survivorship department.
