The Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) is pleased to offer financial support and practical advice to community non-profit organizations serving the needs of cancer survivors as identified by the National Action Plan for Cancer Survivorship. The LAF seeks to help develop innovative projects that encourage survivors to live strong through the physical, emotional and practical challenges of their survivorship.
