The 2005 President's Cancer Panel (PCP) which exists to monitor the development and execution of the activities of the National Cancer Program, will hold its annual meetings beginning in January. The three-person panel which reports directly to the President is chaired by Lance Armstrong, Dr. LaSalle Leffall of the Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. and Dr. Margaret L. Kripke, of the University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. The PCP raises awareness of cancer survivorship issues in the United States. This year's meetings will be held in Phoenix, AZ, Jackson Hole, WY, Portland, ME and St. Louis, MO. The meeting dates are listed below.
